We’re looking for an Adobe Campaign Developer with solid hands-on experience in building, managing, and optimizing marketing campaigns. You’ll play a key role in designing workflows, integrating data sources, and driving personalized customer journeys.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to meet organizational goals. Design, build, and manage complex marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign Standard (custom resources, real-time events, workflows, content blocks, fragments, typology rules etc.). Utilize dynamic content and personalization to enhance customer engagement. Conduct A/B tests, analyze performance, and optimize campaign designs for scalability, flexibility, and performance. Implement and troubleshoot integrations with external systems (APIs, CRM, analytics platforms, etc.) for seamless data sharing and campaign orchestration. Identify and resolve technical issues related to workflows, data imports, deliveries, and integrations. Provide expert-level support to business users, addressing technical concerns and improving platform understanding. Familiarity with marketing KPIs, reporting, and analyzing campaign performance metrics to guide optimization. Work with marketing, analytics, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.   Requirements 3+ years of demonstrated experience in Digital Marketing using Adobe Campaign Standard Proven expertise with Adobe Campaign Standard, including development, configuration, and troubleshooting. Experience designing custom schemas, workflows, and advanced targeting strategies. Hands-on experience with data integrations, including connecting Adobe Campaign to CRMs, analytics platforms, and external databases. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details.
