Track submission of official transcripts for matriculated studentsRecord and report entrance exam resultsFollow up on graduate student submission of required documents (Standard Release, TA Work Assignment Form, Recital Evaluations)Assist with filing of documents into digital academic recordsMigrate admissions folders into student academic recordsConduct format checking and final approval for Non-ETD Final Project submissionsOther duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications
High School degree or equivalent required, Bachelors degree preferred.Prior knowledge of music preferred.Slate and other University of Miami systems experience preferred.Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Any relevant education, certifications and/or work experience may be considered.Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes:
Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations with professional composure.Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships.Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions.Ability to independently complete assigned tasks by given deadlines.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
