Description We are looking for a dedicated Bilingual (Spanish) Admissions Representative to join our team in Norcross, Georgia. This Contract to permanent position offers an opportunity to contribute to the admissions process while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. After the training period, this role offers a hybrid schedule, combining remote and on-site work. Responsibilities: • Handle inbound calls efficiently, providing accurate information and exceptional customer service. • Utilize admissions systems and software such as Allscripts, Avaya CMS, and Banner Ads to support daily operations. • Process billing functions and maintain accurate records. • Perform clerical duties including managing charts, graphs, and data entry tasks. • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless admissions processes. • Assist in maintaining and organizing databases using technologies such as Cerner and Datatel. • Support the creation of marketing materials, including banner advertisements. • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures during all admissions activities. • Provide timely and detail-oriented responses to inquiries from prospective students and other stakeholders. • Contribute to improving workflows and identifying areas for system enhancements. Requirements • Proficiency in admissions-related software, including Allscripts, Avaya CMS, and Cerner Technologies. • Experience in handling inbound calls and providing excellent customer service. Must be bilingual in Spanish • Familiarity with billing processes and clerical duties such as chart management and data entry. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. • Familiarity with databases and tools like Datatel. • Basic knowledge of marketing and advertising tools, including banner ads. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
