About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and service‑driven admissions coordinator with excellent skills to join our team. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our center, supporting new admissions, assisting families, enhancing the patient experience, and ensuring smooth front-office operations. What You’ll Do
Patient & Family Support
Greet new admissions and their responsible parties, setting clear expectations and providing a warm welcome
Managing referrals
Build a strong rapport by rounding regularly and addressing non‑clinical questions or concerns
Provide personalized service tailored to patient needs
Assist patients with completing surveys, kiosk feedback, and Google reviews
Conduct facility tours and confirm room readiness before admissions
Experience & Service Enhancement
Monitor and interpret feedback from surveys, kiosks, and online reviews
Identify opportunities to elevate the patient experience
Investigate concerns and collaborate with department leaders for timely resolutions
Complete grievance documentation in accordance with policy
Administrative & Digital Tasks
Support the Admissions team during high‑volume periods
Use systems such as CensusPro, PointClix Care, email, Zoom, Teams, and MS Office
Assist with admission questionnaires, contracts, and other documents
What We’re Looking For
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfort using computers, digital tools, and office software
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, patient‑centered environment
Preferred:
Experience in healthcare, hospitality, admissions, or customer service
Familiarity with electronic health or census systems
