Rehab Without Walls is seeking an experienced and motivated Admissions Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact and a strong advocate for our patients and their families. In this critical role, you will help guide individuals through the admissions process with empathy, expertise, and a commitment to exceptional care.

We’re looking for a driven professional who is passionate about improving the lives of individuals recovering from brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and other complex conditions. The ideal candidate will bring:

Qualifications

What you will need:

Minimum of Associate’s degree in business or health care related field preferred.Related admissions and medical insurance work experience will be considered in place of degreeBroad knowledge of medical terminologyProficient data entry and computer skills including Microsoft Word and ExcelStrong organization skills and attention to detailAble to function in position with minimal supervisionEffective and professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills About our Line of Business Rehab Without Walls, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is a revolutionary neurorehabilitation program that moves individuals outside the walls of institutional settings and into their natural home and community environment through a continuum of care.
