Our client, a private research university in Waltham, MA, is seeking a temporary Admissions Coordinator to support the admissions team in student recruitment and enrollment for undergraduate and/or graduate programs. The position is onsite in Waltham, MA, with free parking, for 30 hours per week, Monday-Friday (flexible schedule with consistent hours), at $25/hour. The assignment is expected to last 3 to 6 months, with a strong possibility of extension, and the team is looking to interview and start quickly. Job Responsibilities:
Manage front desk operations including telephone coverage, email, and online chat supportProvide technical support to applicants navigating the online systemAssist senior admissions staff with application processingCoordinate admissions visits, information sessions, and online chatsSupport campus visit programs for prospective studentsCounsel prospective students on program options, requirements, and admissions policiesAssist with transitioning accepted students to enrolled students through yield events and orientation activitiesCandidate Qualifications:
