We are seeking an experienced Admissions Coordinator to be the frontline advocate for our patients and their families! Responsibilities What you will do: Responsibilities listed include but not limited to: + Receives and responds to incoming calls from referral sources/potential clients, consulting with the leadership team to assess the company's capability to address client needs. + Serves as the initial contact for referrals, gathering data, assessing clinical needs, and completing Referral Intake Sheets. + Showcases exceptional communication skills, serving as a representative of our organization + Advocates for the patients to ensure they receive appropriate services + Communicates with leadership to determine referral appropriateness and verifies benefits + Staffs cases with appropriate team members in consultation with leadership + Collaborates with leadership team to prioritize and process referrals, updating referral sources and coordinating authorizations for timely admissions.
