Burke Health & Rehabilitation Center in Burke, Virginia is seeking an part-time Admissions Coordinator! To ensure success in this role, the admission coordinator needs to be organized, efficient, and able to communicate effectively with people. Ultimately, a admissions coordinator professionally represents the company to the general public and ensures that all admission operations run smoothly. Be the first point-of-contact for families, discharge planners and other new resident referral sources. Work with Sales and Marketing and be involved in the community to make sure people are aware of the excellence in healthcare that Burke Health & Rehabilitation Center offers.
The duties of the Admissions Coordinator include but not limited to:
Answering questions Giving tours of the facility Coordinating the referral-to-admission process for inpatient rehabilitative services Assisting with client queries and admissions procedures Organizing and inputting information to databasesAn energetic, highly motivated team player is needed to assist the Admissions Director in a results-driven census culture. This highly visible position requires a customer service professional that is detail oriented in a fast paced, multi-task environment. Candidate must have a genuine desire to display excellence in first impressions and customer service. The ideal candidates will be comfortable with public speaking and have experience in sales and marketing.
