Associate, Administration Services (Business Support) 

Role Overview 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administration Officer to support our operations through accurate data entry and efficient claims administration. This role is vital in ensuring the integrity of our records and the smooth processing of claims, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the team. 

Key Responsibilities 

Accurately input and maintain data in internal systems and databases. 

Administer claims processes including logging, tracking and updating claim records.  

Process invoices and payments related to claims and other administrative functions ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures.  

Liaise with internal teams to gather and verify required documentation. 

Monitor claim progress and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely resolution. 

Maintain organised digital filing systems for claims and administrative records. 

Prepare reports and summaries for management teams.  

Support other general administrative tasks such as inbox management. 

 
Skills & Experience 

Proven experience in an administrative or data entry role, ideally within claims, insurance, or finance is desirable.  

High level of accuracy and attention to detail. 

Strong organisational and time management skills. 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook). 

Experience with claims management systems or CRM platforms is desirable. 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
