As an Administrative Program Coordinator, your work directly assists in the coordination and development of innovative policies and improvement initiatives. Serving as a liaison across various departments, you will identify opportunities to facilitate an efficient workplace where fellow caregivers can support patients and deliver world-class treatments. This position offers the chance to grow your career within an innovative setting, all while making a difference in healthcare every day. **A caregiver in this position works 7:00am to 3:30pm.** A caregiver who excels in this role will: + Lead or coordinate multiple projects and policy initiatives. + Update, monitor and manage databases. + Develop scorecards/milestones to track progress and analyze project improvement and progress. + Report discrepancies and variances. + Coordinate project prioritization and assist with policy and initiative implementation. + Assist with scheduling, coordination, preparation and communication of meetings. + Attend meetings and records key outcomes. + Support all office administrative functions. + Develop and maintain updates. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Associate's Degree and two years of administrative experience OR High School Diploma/GED and four years of experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field + Specific licensure based on department + Healthcare or related organization experience **Physical Requirements:** + Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods + Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment + Ability to travel throughout the hospital system + Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information + In some locations, ability to lift up to 25 pounds **Personal Protective Equipment:** + Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures. **Pay Range** Minimum hourly: $18.88 Maximum hourly: $28.80 The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set and education. The pay range displayed does not include any applicable pay practices (e.g., shift differentials, overtime, etc.).
