Description

Daily Monitoring of the:

BackupCloud Applications FirewallNetwork (analyzes network load including traffic and utilization trends)SANServersVirtual Machines

Documents change to the network, and network configurations.

Creates and maintains network diagrams.Communicates network updates, downtime, etc. with employees.

Follows IT security best practices to protect networks from harm, viruses, unauthorized users, and damage to data by developing and monitoring security procedures.

Collaborates, communicates, and implements security controls with IT security team. Participates in IT security tabletop exercises.Tests DR plan once a year with MSP.

Installs updates onto servers, network, cloud systems to meet patch management security requirements.

Manages Virtual Server Cloud Environment, and SAN Storage.

Provisions and maintains virtual machines.Controls and monitors storage utilizationManages backup

Support all Helpdesk Tickets

Drafts checklists, processes, and support trees, and knowledge bases for help desk and other support staff.Escalates issues as needed to minimize resolution times. Connects jobsites to internet and cloud systems.Communicates network issues with helpdesk team. Troubleshoots employee remote access.Travels to jobsites

Assist with budgeting for datacenter, cloud, network, servers.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
