Job Description

Responsibilities工作职责

Catering Service SupervisionCoordinate daily operations of staff meals and refreshment services.Ensure timely and hygienic preparation and distribution of meals.Monitor vendor/supplier performance and food quality.Manage inventory and procurement of food and kitchen supplies.Ensure compliance with food safety standardsConduct regular kitchen inspections and maintain hygiene documentationHandle complaints and feedback from employees on food quality and service.

2. Cleaning Service Supervision

Oversee day-to-day cleaning activities including restrooms, workspaces, pantry, and common areas.Conduct regular inspections and audits of cleaning effectiveness.Ensure adequate stock of cleaning supplies and equipment.Liaise with pest control service providers and ensure compliance with sanitation norms.

3. Staff Supervision

Supervise outsourced catering and cleaning staff.

4. Administrative and Reporting Duties

Prepare monthly reports on services rendered, issues, and improvements.Assist in budgeting and cost control for catering and cleaning operations.Coordinate with external service providers and manage contracts and renewals.Handle different types of internal & external audits

5. Fulfill other tasks assigned by superior

Tap water machine management, company event support & coordination etc.GR China RST3 soft service-related activities and projects.

 

Qualifications

Bachelor

0-3 years of experience in a supervisory role in catering, housekeeping, or facilities management.

Fluent English.

Fluent MS office software operation.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
