To ​​strengthen our HUB Engineering team in Pilsen and our Digital Engineering Application department in Germany, we are looking for a candidate for the position of:

 

Administrator Geoinformation Systems & Facility Management Applications

 

Job Responsibilities

Manage the operation of the cross-plant and cross-site GIS/CAFM infrastructure system (Geoinformation System/Facility Management System) Further develop the applications, including interfaces for new use cases and requirements from various departments Perform programming tasks for smaller add-ons for GIS/CAFM applications Plan, develop, test, document, and commission new functions/applications, both independently and in collaboration with external service providers Lead maintenance, development, and upgrade projects, including managing external service providers Advise departments and key users on the use and expansion of applications Provide support and training for users

 

Job Requirements

Completed technical engineering education, business informatics degree, or a comparable qualification General Programming Knowledge: Solid expertise in one or more common programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript) GIS/CAFM Specific Knowledge: Experience in the application and customization of GIS and/or CAFM systems, including configuration, adaptation, and integration of software solutions beneficial Willingness to familiarize yourself with site infrastructure processes and the complexity of the GIS-CAFM system network Knowledge of Windows and database-based systems as well as client-server applications Familiarity with SAP and its support processes is desirable Strong English language skills for operating and supporting IT systems (German as desirable) Problem-solving and creative thinking skills, with openness to actively accompany future developments Teamwork and communication skills Flexibility to adapt to constantly evolving system and software environments Willingness to travel to Burghausen (Germany)
