A career in Administration and Secretarial Services, within Internal Firm Services, will give you with the opportunity to provide administrative support to PwC employees. You’ll focus on using business software applications to prepare reports, receiving and directing incoming calls or emails to the appropriate parties, arranging business travel, tracking expenses, and coordinating meeting arrangements.Provide professional administrative support.Acts as a liaison between the people they support and the rest of the functions in the firm.Managing diaries, working with Central Travel Assist (CTA) team on travel arrangements, claims submissions, meeting coordination support, following up on matters as requested by the people they support, event coordination working with Central Events Assist (CEA) team, monitor driver matters (where relevant), liaising with Internal Firm Services (IFS) support teams e.g. Facilities & Services, Human Capital, IT, etc on administrative matters, e.g. replenishment of pantry items, Partners & Directors leave matters, toner/ paper for printers, etc, and general administrative tasks as they emerge.Act as a liaison between Central Procurement Assist (CPA) Key Buyers, Budget Owners (requesters) and Finance Accounts PayableNegotiate with vendors/ suppliersOrganise and safekeep documentation via vendor management platforms/ tools, maintain current vendor profilesProcess purchase requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, payment submissions and respond to order issues. Process Third Party Vendor/ Supplier on-boarding process. Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management/ Business Administration/ Events ManagementAt least 1 to 3 years of experience in a procurement/ procurement related scope,Preferably to have worked in a multinational work environmentExcellent organisational skillsCan take initiative to resolve issues when they ariseStrong computer skills, incl. working knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Suite and Internet.Strong oral and written communication skills, both English and Malay languagesStrong negotiation skills/ Influential communicatorExcellent time management – know how to prioritise to meet deadlinesMust be able to work as part of a team – with professional and helpful demeanorStrong customer service skillsThe role is on a 6 months fixed term contract and can be renewed or converted to permanent subject to performanceAdditional application instructions
