Job DescriptionAECOM are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrator - Bids & Proposals to join our Strategy & Growth team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
In this role, you will serve as a key support function for our bids and proposals department, ensuring the timely and accurate preparation, coordination, and submission of competitive bids and proposals. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance with submission requirements and support the overall success of our business development initiatives.
Coordinate the preparation and assembly of bid and proposal documents, ensuring all required components are included and properly formattedMaintain comprehensive bid calendars and track submission deadlines to ensure timely delivery of all proposalsOrganize and manage proposal documentation, including filing systems, databases, and digital repositories for easy retrieval and referenceCommunicate with internal stakeholders and external clients to gather necessary information and clarifications for bid submissionsReview bid and proposal documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client requirements and organizational standardsMonitor and update bid tracking systems and maintain accurate records of all submissions and outcomesProvide administrative support during proposal presentations and client meetingsQualificationsRequired Skills & Experience:
2-3 years of experience in an administrative, bids, proposals, or business development support roleProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and accuracy in document preparationAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentKnowledge of bid and proposal processes and submission requirementsFamiliarity with document management and filing systemsEducation:
A Bachelors Degree in business administrations / technical fields or a related subjectAdditional Information
