Who will you be working with?
We are seeking an Administrator to join our team at the LH Group (a Division of Wabtec UK Ltd) based in Portlaoise where we support our customers through maintenance and operation optimisation with customised solutions for spare parts, repair, and overhaul activities on existing trains.

Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 16:30pm 35 hours per week

How will you make a difference?
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for all administrative tasks as it pertains to the requirements of the operations team..
What will your typical day look like?
The Administrator will be esponsible for ensuring your own health and safety and that of others and promoting a positive health and safety culture within the workplace.Ensuring all Health and safety obligations are met, and company policies are adhered to.Reporting any safety concerns, hazard observations, accidents, and incidents by the end of that shift to allow full investigation and prevent re-occurrence.Ensuring activities and associated actions and measures taken do not endanger but assist with the upkeep and maintaining the company’s ISO (9001, 14001 and 45001) standards and certification.Maintaining the computerised business system Topaz & Magicomm; to carry out tasks such as: job costing, raising purchase orders, invoices and scanning in of all job cards to allow to go paperless.Ensuring that all spreadsheets are maintained, and jobs cards completed to the UK, ensuring scrutinisation of job cards being completed.Supporting the preparation of the workflow plan on ad hoc basis, including sending out isolated raft report and workload plan.Tracking technician performance, times on jobs and reporting accordingly to relevant stakeholders. (storing applicable date).Be willing to work flexible hours where department workload requires.Holiday administration and reporting.Generate job cards on Topaz to ensure parts are being accounted for and any discrepancies dealt with accordingly.What do we want to know about you?
