What you’ll be doing:
As a Business Support Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
General administrationMonitoring inboxes, ensuring timely response ratesTaking inbound calls from the public and making outbound calls to service usersProcessing customer contact formsDealing with spreadsheets and data reportingUpdating client information on internal systemsBasic finance duties – processing invoices, receipts, and refundsOccasional support to other areas within the team
What we’re looking for:
We’re seeking candidates who can hit the ground running with strong experience in administration and customer service, ideally within a local authority setting. You will need:
Previous experience as an administrator within an office environment is essentialA high level of IT skill is essential, use of MS Excel in particularStrong attention to detail and excellent written communication skillsAbility to commute to the Aylesbury office and other sites across the County as needed
