In this hands-on administrative role, you'll be supporting day-to-day operations related to inbound and outbound mail processing, document handling, and data entry tasks using bespoke systems. You’ll work closely with your team to ensure deadlines are met and that all tasks are completed to a high standard. Process work efficiently using internal and third-party systemsMaintain accurate records and ensure data is up to datePrioritise tasks and manage workloads effectivelySupport with manual handling of incoming and outgoing physical mailEscalate issues to managers or team leads when neededCollaborate with colleagues and assist with ad-hoc admin tasksEnsure targets and KPIs are met consistently🧩 What You’ll Bring
