Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday

As an Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our office operations. This is an excellent opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining hands-on experience in a professional environment while working towards a recognised qualification in Business Administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing general administrative support to the teamAnswering phone calls and handling emails professionally to customers regarding their orders and deliveries Filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate recordsChecking stock levelsRaising ordersSupporting the team with ad-hoc administrative tasksWhat We’re Looking For:
Previous office administration experience and some customer service skills as well would be an advantage but most importantly you must not be afraid to talk to customers on the phoneGood communication and organisational skillsAttention to detail and ability to work as part of a teamBasic IT skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook)GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths, Grade 4/C or above (preferred)Please send your CV and a brief cover letter to michelle.laight@pertemps.co.uk outlining why you're interested in the role and why you feel you would be suitable.
