Our client based in London are seeking a Strong Administrator to join their team on a 3–6 month temporary basis, hybrid working.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Commercial team. This role will involve liaising with internal teams and tenants, with a strong focus on accuracy, health and safety compliance, and excellent organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the commercial lettings team Maintain accurate records and databases of available properties Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements for listed spaces Coordinate with maintenance teams regarding property readiness Support internal reporting and file management Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all administrative tasks Key Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a property or commercial environment Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations in a commercial setting Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems What We Offer
