Are you a proactive and friendly administrator who thrives in a busy environment? We’re looking for a capable Administrator to join our Auckland-based team. This is an onsite role, offering the opportunity to work in a collaborative team.

Day to day responsibilities;

Accurate and efficient data entry Creating jobs and managing records Scheduling and coordinating contractors  Answering incoming calls Acting as the first point of contact for general enquiries – both over the phone and via email Managing a busy inbox on behalf of the team Supporting other areas of the business as needed

About You:

Confident and professional phone and email manner Competent with data handling and Microsoft Office Suite Able to work autonomously and manage time effectively A team player who is always ready to lend a hand Friendly, approachable, and proactive in solving problems
