1.\tDaily Monitoring of the:\na.\tBackup\nb.\tCloud Applications \nc.\tFirewall\nd.\tNetwork (analyzes network load including traffic and utilization trends)\ne.\tSAN\nf.\tServers\ng.\tVirtual Machines\n\n2.\tDocuments change to the network, and network configurations. \na.\tCreates and maintains network diagrams.\nb.\tCommunicates network updates, downtime, etc. with employees.\n\n3.\tFollows IT security best practices to protect networks from harm, viruses, unauthorized users, and damage to data by developing and monitoring security procedures.\na.\tCollaborates, communicates, and implements security controls with IT security team. \nb.\tParticipates in IT security tabletop exercises.\nc.\tTests DR plan once a year with MSP.\n\n4.\tInstalls updates onto servers, network, cloud systems to meet patch management security requirements.\n\n5.\tManages Virtual Server Cloud Environment, and SAN Storage. \na.\tProvisions and maintains virtual machines.\nb.\tControls and monitors storage utilization\nc.\tManages backup\n\n6.\tSupport all Helpdesk Tickets\na.\tDrafts checklists, processes, and support trees, and knowledge bases for help desk and other support staff.\nb.\tEscalates issues as needed to minimize resolution times. \nc.\tConnects jobsites to internet and cloud systems.\nd.\tCommunicates network issues with helpdesk team. \ne.\tTroubleshoots employee remote access.\nf.\tTravels to jobsites \n\n7.\tAssist with budgeting for datacenter, cloud, network, servers.\na.\tResearch network and server products

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
