Do you have experience within administration and looking for a new role?

My client is currently looking for a well organised administration with the experience of using databases and Microsoft Office packages to join their team on a long-term temporary assignment. If you have worked within a charity before this would be desirable but not essential.

Part Time- Administrator

Remote

22 hours per week- flexible on working hours and days

£13.50 per hour- paid weekly

Main Purpose of the Role

As an Administrator, you will support the wider team maintaining accurate records, processing applications, and liaising with members and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Act as first point of contact for enquiriesManage and respond to emails and oversee the inboxReview applications for eligibility and completenessProcess invoices and applications using internal systemsMonitor data, track progress against project targets, and support evaluationEscalate issues and support collaboration across internal teamsContribute to organising events and meetings as requiredWhat We're Looking For

Essential:

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skillsStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Experience using databases and Microsoft Office packagesAbility to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines

You must complete a DBS check for this role.
