Purpose StatementTo contribute towards a consistent client experience for Capitec clients through providing a support service to Capitec and external bank clients relating to ATM and EFT disputes over 40 days
ExperienceMinimum:
2-4 years’ Financial experience in a banking / financial services / retail environment. Experience working on SBLIdeal:
Contact Centre experience and/or function-relevant experience (e.g. collections experience) Capitec Bank experience Qualifications (Minimum) Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred) Certification in Finance or Accounting - Financial Accounting KnowledgeMinimum:
Understanding of basic mathematical / financial accounting principles in a retail / financial services environment Relevant banking systems SBL (standard banks link)Ideal:
