Administrator, HR Support
Job Description Insight Global is currently seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven HR Support Administrator to join a collaborative team. This role provides front-line support for employee inquiries, payroll and benefits questions, case management, and HR data processing, with a strong focus on delivering a positive employee experience. The Administrator handles a significant volume of data transactions across both North America and Canada, offering assistance to employees and HR team members via phone, ServiceNow cases, and email. Responsibilities include addressing inquiries related to policies and procedures, resolving or escalating complex issues, and ensuring accurate and timely support in alignment with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). This broad, task-based role requires strong judgment, initiative, and the ability to quickly learn new systems. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and committed to accuracy, compliance, and collaboration within the HR Service Center (HRSC). This is a 6 month engagement based out of Loveland, CO, with the expectation of being on site 5 days per week. Skills and Requirements Required skills:  - 1+ year HR support or administrative experience  - Clear and effective communication, including ability to explain complex policies simply and write concise case responses.  - Exceptional customer service orientation, prioritizing positive employee experience and proactive issue resolution.  - High accuracy and attention to detail for compliance and handling sensitive data in a fast-paced environment.  - Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and HR systems (SAP/SuccessFactors); experience with ServiceNow is an asset.
