This position will be based out of our Burnaby Still Creek Head Office. Requirements + Ability to work collaboratively as a key member of a team and independently + Good communication skills + Provide an organized, clean, and tidy environment, while efficient at carrying out duties + Excellent Customer Service + Work well in a structured professional environment + Basic experience with MS Word and Outlook + Physical requirements - lift heavy articles above head while shelving, up to 40 lbs. - Push mail cart, file boxes **A Day in the Life** + Processing dealer billings using the Broker Management System (EPIC) + Supporting 80+ dealerships with dealer billing requests + Auditing documentation for errors and communicating with colleagues and clients for correction + Following up to obtain outstanding information & documentation + Handling cheque deposits as needed + Invoicing and sending statements to clients for payment + Distributing daily payment reports to various branch locations + Support data entry projects + Mailroom and Reception relief & support **Where This Can Take You** We invest in our employees!
