Estamos creciendo a mucha velocidad y buscamos un administrativo (H/M) para nuestra delegación ubicada en Barcelona. Tu misión es dar soporte al funcionamiento diario de la delegación.

¿Qué harás con nosotros?

Atender a clientes internos y externos por teléfono, email o presencialmente.Preparación, redacción y control documentación necesaria para el correcto funcionamiento de la delegación, incluyendo ofertas comerciales, informes de gestión, cartas, gestión en Meta4, etc.Gestionar de proveedores.Dar soporte en la coordinación entre las distintas áreas, especialmente con técnicos y supervisores de montaje. Así como, participar en reuniones.Cumplir en todas sus actuaciones con los absolutos de la empresa (Seguridad, Ética y Calidad).

¿Qué buscamos en tu perfil?

Se requiere formación superior en área de Administración. Recomendable formación superior o especializada en gestión comercial y/o gestión de cobros. Experiencia mínima de 3 años en funciones administrativas con atención al cliente.  Dominio MS Office y Excel alto. Inglés: nivel B2.
