A company in the luxury retail and design sector is looking for an Administrative & Office Manager to support its daily operations and contribute to the smooth running of internal processes. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work closely with leadership.
What You’ll Be Doing
Handle administrative processes: invoice tracking, basic document management, and internal coordination.
Support order and delivery workflows: review and validate orders before submission to production.
Coordinate logistics and ensure shipments are accurately documented and compliant.
Maintain Excel-based records for invoices, stock, and internal tracking (basic/intermediate level).
Assist with VAT tracking and basic compliance reporting.
Work hand-in-hand with leadership, providing administrative support to management.
What We’re Looking For1–4 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
Previous experience in luxury, retail, or design sectors is a plus (not mandatory).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
Ability to adapt and grow within a dynamic environment.
Intermediate level of English (for occasional communication).
Experience with Excel is required; knowledge of A3 or ERP systems is a plus (training will be provided).
