Join our dynamic client as an Administrative - Tenant Services Coordinator II, where you will play a crucial role in managing tenant services for a leading global company in the real estate and facility management industry.

Role Overview

Manage tenant services and execute day-to-day operations ensuring compliance with corporate expectations and applicable laws. Oversee mail/courier services, janitorial services, client work ticket management, office equipment services, reprographics, catering, vending, kitchen equipment services, conference/training rooms, and recycling/sustainability programs. Interface daily with all levels of business unit personnel to ensure service satisfaction and mobilize internal/external resources. Implement continuous improvement ideas to enhance service offerings and cost-effectiveness. May manage operations staff including janitors and cafeteria workers.

Skills & Qualifications

Effective interpersonal skills and customer service. Problem-solving abilities. Developed knowledge of real estate and facility management disciplines. Experience in asset management and site logistics. Proficiency in problem management and courier services.

Education & Experience

Qualifications: Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred. Certifications: Relevant certifications in facility management or related fields are advantageous. Experience: Minimum 3 years in tenant services or facility management roles.
