Administrative Technician
Description We are looking for an experienced Administrative Technician to join our team in Naperville, Illinois. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in supporting daily operations by managing administrative tasks, analyzing data, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires a meticulous individual who can collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders while ensuring adherence to organizational policies and procedures. Responsibilities: • Perform advanced administrative tasks, including generating and interpreting detailed reports to address operational needs. • Conduct routine assignments and analytical activities to support business objectives. • Participate in special projects, contributing insights and recommendations for process improvements. • Respond promptly to requests for information and data from internal and external customers. • Document and recommend enhancements to current procedures and workflows to improve efficiency. • Collaborate with team members and external partners to resolve reporting or procedural issues. • Ensure the organization and accuracy of records and documentation. • Develop presentations and spreadsheet reports to communicate findings and support decision-making. • Uphold company policies and maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information. • Utilize years of expertise to plan and execute tasks independently and effectively. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of relevant administrative experience or equivalent combination of post-high school education and work experience. • Associate’s degree preferred but not required. • Proven ability to develop presentations and create spreadsheet reports. • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation and reporting. • Experience with documenting and enhancing processes and procedures. • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders effectively. • High attention to detail and organizational skills. • Familiarity with customer relationship management systems is a plus.
