You will be the Administrative Assistant for our dynamic team. Our team is responsible for supporting multiple functional organizations, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Administrative Assistant, you will provide critical support to our team, handling a wide range of administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our site. Your responsibilities will include:
• Administration of business travel arrangements, timekeeping, billing, and calendar/meeting invites
• Expense reporting and management
• Office supply management and coordination
• Telephone and email support for Site Senior Management
• Note-taking and record-keeping
• Budget execution, tracking, and reporting

Basic Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office products/software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
Experience making travel arrangements and completing expense reports
Experience receiving phone calls and taking thorough messages
Ability to multi-task and work effectively as an individual and in a team
Great organizational skills and attention to detail
This facility requires special access and therefore all candidates must be a US Citizen
Desired Skills:
Experience managing multiple calendars for management
Experience arranging meetings, virtual meeting set-up
Experience executing, tracking, and reporting of budgets.
Knowledge of MS Access
Knowledge of LM Systems such as MyTimecard, Expense Reporting, SAP, etc.
Experience developing, performing to, and reporting of budgets

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
