**Job Summary**
Property Management Services (https://propertymanagement.auburn.edu/) **at Auburn University is excited to begin the search for an Administrative Support Associate!** This individual will be responsible for a variety of administrative support services in Property Management, including AiM work system responsibilities, assisting the Director, overseeing student andTES employees at the front desk, access control, and providing backup assistance with financial/personnel tasks.
**Essential Functions**
+ Manages the Property Management work desk, including oversight of student andTES employees, ensuring all work requests are received and imputed in an accurate and timely manner. Provides backup to the work desk employees for receiving work requests through telephone, email, and the work management portal, ReADY.
+ Responsible for administrating the department’s work management system (AiM). Ensures work orders are assigned to appropriate staff. Reviews and monitors work order notes and coordinates with staff if any additional phases are needed to any current work order.
+ Coordinates with department supervisors to ensure all work order submissions are completed accurately and timely within the work management system.
+ Research and document work order history and build reports for the Director, campus partners, and staff. Create and maintain work order search queries for department supervisors.
+ Assist the Property Management Director with administrative tasks. Coordinate with the Director and staff to coordinate meetings and departmental training. Ensure all office supplies are stocked.
+ Coordinates with department staff and vendors for scheduling service repairs. Maintain records of issued residence hall master keys and swipe cards to Auburn Staff and contractors.
+ Serves as backup timekeeper.

+ High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of experience **OR**

+ High school diploma or equivalent plus 4 years of experience **OR**

+ Bachelor’s degree
