Description
The team is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant. This role will support the office with responding to emails, organizing events, organizing documents, entering data, and completing basic administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is dependable, accurate, and able to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
•\tOrganize, file, and maintain digital and physical financial documents
•\tPerform accurate data entry into Excel and internal databases
•\tScan, upload, and label invoices, statements, and other financial records
•\tAssist with reconciling document batches and verifying data for accuracy
•\tMaintain orderly filing systems and ensure documents are easily accessible
•\tSupport the finance team with general administrative tasks
•\tRetrieve files and documentation for auditors or internal staff upon request
•\tMaintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information at all times

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.04 - $24.04/hr.
