Job Description
This role provides comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth daily operations of the office. The position involves managing front-desk activities, handling incoming calls and visitors, maintaining organized records, and assisting with data and order entry, with exposure to basic accounting functions.
ResponsibilitiesFile and maintain documents in an organized and accessible manner, both physically and electronically.Answer the main phone line promptly, provide courteous assistance, and transfer calls to the appropriate team members.Greet walk-in visitors in a professional and friendly manner and direct them to the appropriate person or area.Assist with data entry and order entry, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.Support basic accounting-related tasks as needed, in coordination with the accounting team.Assist with general office tasks such as copying, scanning, and organizing records.Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall efficiency of the office.Essential SkillsMinimum 6 months of experience in an administrative or office role.Ability to file and organize documents accurately and efficiently.Strong telephone etiquette and experience answering and transferring calls.Professional interpersonal skills to greet and assist walk-in visitors.Basic data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.Familiarity with accounting concepts such as general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a busy office environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience supporting general ledger activities.Exposure to accounts payable processes.Exposure to accounts receivable processes.Comfort working with office software and basic computer applications.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
