Position Summary:\n\nThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering phone calls to respond to orders, general customer inquiries, invoice questions, and customer complaints. Project a professional company image through phone interaction. This is an in-person position in Enfield, CT and remote work arrangements are unavailable for this role.\n\nYour Role:\nAnswer phone calls and respond to customer requests.\nProvide customers with service information.\nIdentify, research, and resolve customer issues using computer systems.\nFollow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.\nResearch billing issues.\nResearch on misapplied payments.\nTransfer customer calls to the appropriate staff.\nComplete call logs and reports.\nSell services and place customer orders on the computer system.\nRecognize documents and alert supervisor to trends in customer calls.\nRecommend process improvements.\nMay provide training for newer customer service employees.\nMaintains reasonable, regular, punctual attendance consistent with Company policies, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and other federal, state, and local standards.\nAdapts to changing duties, as required, based on business needs

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
