The Support Representative is responsible for managing multiple customer accounts and delivering exceptional service based on civil aviation standards. This role requires adherence to technical data provided in the manufacturers’ Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Service Bulletins, service letters, Airworthiness Directives, and other data approved by the FAA.
ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with customers via telephone or email to provide information about products or services.Understand and communicate financial and technical information to both internal and external customers.Maintain records of customer interactions or transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, and actions taken.Accurately formulate and enter work orders.Establish and maintain a trusting, positive, and profitable relationship with customers.Provide support to other departments with accurate and timely information to ensure customer expectations are met effectively and professionally.Prepare, review, and present estimates, including different pricing options, detailed letters, and reports.Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential SkillsAdministrative support skills to provide documentation and backup to the needs of MRO clients via phone and email.Customer service skills to acknowledge requests and ensure customer satisfaction.Data entry skills to properly document actions taken on requests in Quantum.Multi-tasking abilities to handle multiple requests simultaneously via phone and email.
Additional Skills & QualificationsAssociate's degree or an additional 2 years of specific work experience in lieu of a degree.2 years of relevant technical work experience.Expert-level communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Ability to function in a diverse, fast-paced service environment while maintaining a positive and proactive approach to challenges.Strong written and oral communication skills with customers, peers, and management.
Work Environment
The position is on-site, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. The work environment is a quiet area shared with three other representatives on the team.

This is a Contract position based out of Miramar, Florida.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.90 - $31.49/hr.
