Your Role
Manage the Ethics Office and Employment Law team’s group mailboxes and coordinate the incoming requests.You will be responsible for organizational tasks in the Ethics Office and for People Compliance. Handle organizational tasks, including compliance reviews, creation of reports, and coordination of recurring activities.Support the Ethics Office in internal investigations by writing protocols, organizing team meetings, and managing the incident management tool.Maintain the team’s intranet site and assist with internal communications for Ethics and People Compliance.Provide support for “Integrity Checks” and other requests via our support tool.You will take on responsibility from day one and develop your technical and personal skills ‘on and off the job’.Your Profile
Currently studying (preferably law), completed commercial apprenticeship, or equivalent education.Independent, precise, and organized with a collaborative mindset.Proactive, adaptable, and resilient with a service-oriented approach.Comfortable working in a part-time capacity (40%) and flexible in managing workload.Absolute discretion and a strong sense for confidentiality are essential.Fluent in German and English (written and spoken); French and / or Italian is a plus.Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified)
