Administrative Supervisor
Job Description An employer is seeing an Administrative Supervisor to sit in Frederick, MD. This individual will be responsible for supervising and supporting an administrative team of 8 people. They will coordinate schedules for multiple teams and track KPI's to monitor team performance to ensure goals are met. Additionally, they will oversee day to day operations which include approvals, reporting and resource allocation. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, strong experience with Deltek and must be a solutions based thinker. Skills and Requirements - 7 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree. - Proven management experience overseeing teams - Strong organizational and leadership skills; ability to manage multiple priorities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams for communication and reporting. - Experience with Deltek for timekeeping and expense tracking. - Familiarity with Confluence for documentation and scheduling. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
