The new Princeton Transitional Care will provide a new home for skilled-nursing care and will add 60 assisted living apartments, 47 short-term skilled-nursing and rehab private suites. Overview
Our Administrative Assistants make a difference by providing general office support that includes a wide variety of clerical activities and tasks. They are responsible for handling incoming telephone calls, assisting with ordering and maintaining office supplies, and providing support with special administrative projects.
How you Will make a difference
+ Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls, providing information and taking messages.
+ Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
+ Provide administrative support to the Operations Department and to Senior Executives.
+ Assist with handling daily special projects by providing administrative support to various departments, as requested.
+ Act as liaison to departments while working on multiple projects and maintain timelines for project deadlines.
What you Need to make a Difference
+ High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
+ Minimum of one (1) year administrative support experience; healthcare experience recommended, but not required.
+ Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity.
+ Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
