Administrative Specialist (CL3)- YourPace
The University of Maine at Presque Isle (UMPI) is seeking a full time, on-campus Administrative Specialist (CL3) to support the YourPace Program. This position will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining daily departmental operations as well as providing general administrative support to ensure the accurate delivery of the YourPace courses. The person in this position will also assist in identification of areas of operational improvement, assist in the development of guidelines for providing support to YourPace students, Instructors of Record, and other key stakeholders, as well as act as the primary liaison with other campus departments. This position will coordinate with the Office of Student Records, Instructional Designers/Technologists, Advising, Office of Admissions, Student Financial Services Office, Faculty, IT, other departments at UMPI, and the University of Maine System. The regular hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm EST. The starting rate for this full time position is $20.28 (non-negotiable) for a new hire or the appropriate transfer rate for a current employee within the ACSUM collective bargaining unit. In addition, the University will contribute up to a 4% matching contribution to the UMS retirement plan.
