Administrative Specialist (CL2)- Student Records
The University of Maine at Presque Isle (UMPI) is seeking a full time, on-campus, Administrative Specialist (CL2) for the Office of Student Records. This position is essential to ensuring the efficient and effective daily operations of the office. In addition to administrative responsibilities, the position also serves as the Campus Security Liaison, reflecting the diverse and vital nature of this role in supporting both academic and campus safety initiatives. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:30pm. Weekend hours will be required in May for Commencement. The starting rate for this part-time position is $19.61 (non-negotiable) for a new hire or the appropriate transfer rate for a current employee within the ACSUM collective bargaining unit. In addition, the University will contribute up to a 4% matching contribution to the UMS retirement plan. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, and tuition waiver programs for employees and dependents.
