Administrative Showroom Coordinator

*This is a fully onsite position based in Richmond, BC*

We’re looking for an on-site Administrative Coordinator in the luxury building products industry.

Our client is a well-regarded firm with a strong presence in the high-end construction and renovation sector. Known for its supportive team culture, long-tenured staff, and commitment to quality, the company offers the opportunity to work with premium product lines and grow within a respected organization. The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for supporting quoting, order processing, showroom operations, and customer service activities from their Richmond, BC location.

Administrative Coordinator responsibilities: 

Prepare quotes based on drawings and specifications, ensuring pricing accuracy Enter sales orders, track shipments, and follow structured internal processes Act as the primary point of contact for walk-in customers at the showroom Maintain showroom presence and coordinate with external sales representatives Respond to warranty/service inquiries and coordinate with head office Support inside sales activity and provide administrative assistance to the sales team Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless client experience

The successful candidate has:

3+ years of experience in administrative support, inside sales, or showroom coordination Experience in construction products, high-end interiors, or related industries is an asset confidence in math and measurements (fractions, quoting tools, pricing) Strong communication skills and a proactive, independent workstyle Ability to learn internal software systems quickly and follow defined processes Organized and customer-focused with the ability to manage multiple tasks Stability in previous roles (2–3+ years per position preferred)

Compensation and benefits:

The discussed salary range is $60,000 – $65,000 depending on experience Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered Commission on inside sales orders, typically earned after 1 year Comprehensive benefits package  Group RSP plan Tight-knit team and a well-respected employer in the industry
