The role of Administrative Services Manager (ASM) at BCG is an exciting opportunity for a leader who is passionate about developing administrative professionals to deliver best-in-class administrative support to both our senior consulting team and our clients.
Collaborating closely with North America Administrative Services leadership and the local Business Management Leader (BML), the ASM is responsible for the management of a team of administrative professionals collocated at our Houston office, as well as remote management of admins in other offices in our Southeast and Southwest Systems. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred) 5+ years of experience in a professional setting (preferred) 2+ years of management experience in a fast- paced environment (preferred) Experience managing teams of varying tenures and abilities Familiarity with working in a matrixed organization Well-versed in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint Ability to travel occasionally to spend important face time with your direct reports in other offices
Who You'll Work With
Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.

That's why we operate on a hybrid model, with the expectation that team members will be in the office 3 to 5 days per week. This role is designed for those who thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment and is not intended for remote or virtual work.
Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.
The base salary range for this role is $89,000 - $99,000.
This is an estimated range and specific base salaries within the range depend on factors such as office location, experience, and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.
In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a discretionary bonus of up to 16% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
