Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support service sales by handling spare parts inquiries and coordinating the end-to-end customer supply process to ensure high service quality, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will support the end-to-end product/system/service development process.

The work model for the role is: #hybrid, #Li-hybrid

You will be mainly accountable for:Preparation of business offers for existing customersWorking with software tools for managing installed productsMarket analysis and identification of new opportunities using the latest tools and AI technologiesDaily communication with customers, ABB's sales and product teamsCollaboration on the implementation of new service offeringsOpportunity for business trips within ABB units abroad
Qualifications for the roleSecondary or higher education in economics, business, or technical fieldsGood communication skills and a professional demeanorCommunicative knowledge of English (B1/B2 level)Economic thinking / financial literacyAdvanced PC skills
