Responsibilities:
What You'll Do ~

Warmly greet and welcome all guests and residents upon arrival at the office.
Manage a multi-line phone system, including answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls.
Research and respond to homeowner inquiries
Maintain a professional, clean, and organized reception area at all times.
Efficiently receive, sort, and distribute all daily mail and deliveries.
Provide administrative support, performing other duties as directed by the Office Manager.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Skills:

Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure visitors feel welcome and leave with a positive first impression
Experience with QuickBooks Online preferred
Excellent organizational skills

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
