Our client is hiring an on-site Administrative & Program Support Coordinator in the sports and recreation services industry. This is a new position.

The team is energetic, people-focused, and deeply committed to creating positive experiences for participants, parents, and staff. This role will primarily support administrative operations, client communication, and program coordination, while also partnering closely with the marketing team on customer engagement initiatives. The position supports a team member currently on maternity leave, with additional long-term responsibilities as part of a growing team.

Administrative Assistant responsibilities:
Serve as a primary point of contact for parents and families, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person Deliver high-quality customer service with a warm, professional, and engaging approach Maintain a strong understanding of all program offerings, schedules, and age groups Support sales-related activities including registrations, inquiries, and follow-ups Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and document organization Maintain accurate customer records, communication logs, and internal systems Assist with scheduling, registrations, and coordination of programs Collaborate closely with administrative and marketing teams on day-to-day operations Assist with event coordination and on-site program support as required Contribute to special projects and evolving responsibilities as the organization growsThe successful candidate has:
1–3 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, hospitality, childcare, education, or a client-facing role Bilingual fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate comfortably with parents and families Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail A positive, coachable mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow Comfort working in a high-energy, people-facing environment Enjoys working with children and families Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a flexible schedule Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar systems Access to a car is strongly preferred to support on-site and program-related needsCompensation and benefits:
