We’re looking for anAdministrative Program Director 2 to join ourRevenue Processing Center!
Minimum Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Six years of experience in administrative services; OR
Six years of full-time work experience in any field plus three years of experience in administrative services; OR
A bachelor's degree plus three years of experience in administrative services; OR
An advanced degree plus two years of experience in administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time work experience in any field. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties
In this role, you will:
+ Organize, monitor and coordinate the overall workflow and prioritizes the work inventory of the section to maximize processing efficiency.
+ Set goals for the section to accomplish the objectives of the department and develops methods of achieving those goals for the section.
+ Implement and monitor quality control methodologies to ensure the accuracy and correctness of the work product of subordinates.
+ Develop procedures for the functions associated with the section, assigns tasks.
+ Oversee and provide technical assistance to subordinates in identifying the appropriate research procedures to resolve discrepancies, scenarios etc.
+ Accurately determine critical and non-critical aspects of a situation derived from analyses, gathers information according to these priorities, and effectively develops recommended plans and actions based on the situation, division goals, and mission.
+ Provide monthly, quarterly etc. division statistical reports as required.

Compensation: The salary offered will be determined based on qualifications and experience.

LDR- LA. R.S.15:587.5, 587.6 and the IRS require the Louisiana Department of Revenue ("LDR") to conduct a criminal history records check of a prospective employee who will access federal tax information to perform his job duties. If you are given a conditional offer of employment, a criminal history records check will occur before your first day of work. The check requires submission of your fingerprints that will be run through national and state databases to determine if any criminal offenses are connected to your name. Your name will also be run through local databases to check the same. After that, you will be subject to these checks, at minimum, every 5 years during your employment at LDR.
