As an Administrative Program Coordinator III, you will support department leadership by managing projects and serving as a key liaison and administrative, technical, and operational resource. In this role, you will assist the Director with both project-based work and day-to-day tasks, coordinate policy evaluation and implementation, and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency across the department. You will also develop communications, maintain databases, support budgeting activities, and lead or assist with moderately complex initiatives that drive continuous improvement and organizational success. **A caregiver in this role works days from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.** A caregiver who excels in this role will: + Function as liaison and as administrative, technical or operational resource. + Assist with scheduling, coordination, preparation and communication of meetings. + Facilitate and attend meetings, record key outcomes. + Identify key milestones and deadlines. + Proactively communicate project status and requirements to achieve results. + Research, analyze and organize information for presentations. + Develop interdepartmental education programs. + Lead records management activities and ensure standards are maintained. + Assist department leadership with large or complex projects and initiate or lead moderately complex projects. + Other duties as assigned. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field **and** four years of financial, business analysis or project management experience + **OR** High School diploma/GED **and** eight years of experience + **OR** Associate's degree **and** six years of experience. + **OR** Master's degree **and** three years of experience + Strong computer skills and experience with software applications Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Knowledge of project management and communication practices + Experience in a leadership or supervisory role + Healthcare experience **Physical Requirements:** + High degree dexterity to operate office equipment. + May require extended periods of standing, walking or sitting. + Good visual acuity through normal or corrected vision. **Personal Protective Equipment:** + Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required. **Pay Range** Minimum hourly: $25.13 Maximum hourly: $38.33 The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set and education.
