The Cleveland Clinic Neurological Institute is known for leading the way in the treatment and research of complex neurological disorders. With over 300 staffed medical, surgical and research specialists dedicated to providing innovative treatments, patients can benefit from disease-specific care. As an Administrative Program Coordinator on our team, you will act as a liaison and provide administrative, technical and operational support. You will support the Director with daily operations and project execution, coordinate policy evaluation and implementation, identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and develop communications and maintain databases.

A caregiver in this role works days from 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

With guidance from the Director, lead or coordinate multiple projects and policy initiatives.

Update, monitor and manage databases.

Develop scorecards and milestones to track progress.

Analyze project improvement and progress.

Report on discrepancies and variances.

Coordinate project prioritization and assist with policy and initiative implementation.

Assist with scheduling, coordination, preparation and communication of meetings.

Attend meetings and record key outcomes.

Support all office administrative functions.

Develop and maintain updates.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

Associate's Degree and two years of administrative experience or customer
service OR High School Diploma/GED and four years of experience OR Bachelor’s Degree 

Computer skills and experience with software applications

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field 

Healthcare experience or related organization 

Knowledge of project management and communication practices

Physical Requirements:

High degree dexterity to operate office equipment and personal computer.

May require extended periods of sitting and frequent standing.

Good visual acuity through normal or corrected vision.

May be required to lift up to 25 pounds.

Personal Protective Equipment:

Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.
