Summary: Seeking an experienced administrative professional to support program performance plans and data preparation.

Two years of professional administrative work required

Proficiency in records retention

Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing data for program performance plans

Gather and organize data for program performance assessment

Prepare data for program reviews and status reports

Research and compile cost proposals and estimates-to-complete information

Maintain effective working relationships with related division groups

Participate in preparing forecasts and reports for various metrics

Compile information for coordination of facilities, equipment, supplies, and maintenance of records



Pay Details: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour
